Shipping Policy

1. Order processing: 1–3 working days.

2. Standard delivery: 7–30 days depending on your country. Express delivery available for fast shipment.

3. Import duties and local taxes are borne by buyers.Most Lulairoa orders are relatively low in value. However, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination, product classification, and shipment value.
We declare every shipment accurately as commercial merchandise using the actual transaction value and a truthful description of the contents. Commercial orders are not declared as gifts.
Unless duties and taxes are expressly shown as collected at checkout, any charges assessed by the destination customs authority or delivery carrier are the recipient’s responsibility. Lulairoa cannot guarantee that an order will be free of duties, taxes, or customs charges.
Customers may wish to consult their local customs authority before ordering.

4. Incorrect address leading to returned parcels requires customer to cover reshipping cost.

5. Tracking number will be emailed once shipped. Reach out to us for lost parcel support within 30 days of delivery.
